Corporate Disclosures is now in its launch stage and we welcome feedback as the website and content is developed.
Editorially it will cover the evolving nature of companies and public entities accounts, from the core traditional financial accounts reporting to modern day sustainable disclosures. The content will include: news from the relevant organisations who are the standard setters, and regulators; case studies from corporates - how they put in practice the emerging requirements, where they struggle; and interview those creating the standards, the accountants and other firms applying them and the corporates and others that are complying with them.
The Non-Financial Reporting Directive and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive will now add to the corporate disclosures required of companies and this will be covered in the content.
The website is free-to-access whilst we refine the content and develop daily/weekly email alerts and other product.
